 | Gary A. Wagner Chairman / CEO
Gary A. Wagner received the B.Sc. degree in Physics from Concordia University and the M.Sc. degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University. Captain Wagner has over 32 years of airline flying experience. He currently flies as a Captain on the B767. His flying time exceeds 11,000 hours. He worked for many years in the areas of aircraft performance, operational efficiency and flight safety.

 | Renwick E. Curry President
Renwick E. Curry received an AB degree in Physics from Middlebury College, and the S.B., S.M., Engineer of A.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has held the positions of Guidance and Control Engineer at the MIT C.S. Draper Laboratory (Apollo Project) and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Mariner Mars Project), Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT, Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cornell University, and Research Scientist in the Man-Vehicle System Research Division at NASA-Ames. Dr. Curry is an instrument-rated pilot, and has over 1000 hours jumpseat on transport category aircraft while as part of his NASA human factors work on flight deck automation.

 | Luc Martineau Vice-President
Luc Martineau holds a B.Eng. in computer engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada, and is a current CRJ 100/200/700/900 airline pilot with over 5,000 hours. He is also a professional engineer in the field of avionics and a member of the OIQ. For three years, he was on the B777 avionics integration program at CAE Electronics, and was involved in the certification of commercial flight simulators for more than 10 major airlines worldwide.

 | Chris de Haan Director - Software Integration
Chris de Haan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science Honours (B.C.Sc.) degree from the University of Manitoba, and has over 15 years experience in the design, development, and deployment of aeronautical software. He has led the development of optimizing flight and dispatch programs, and has integrated new and existing software systems for several airlines.

 | Dave Kredl Director - Regional Jet Operations
Dave Kredl is a pilot with 23 years total flying experience. He has 10 years of military flying experience and 13 years experience as an airline training/check airman. Captain Kredl is a CRJ specialist previously employed by Bombardier and is qualified on the CRJ 100/200/700/900. Additionally, he held the position of Manager of CRJ Standards for a major airline. Captain Kredl has supported FAA, Transport Canada and JAA for various CRJ evaluations and has worked with industry in areas requiring his CRJ expertise.

 | Kathleen Maher Director - Marketing and Administration
Kathleen Maher holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She has been with AASI since 1986. She focuses in the area of strategic marketing of AASI products, in addition to her administrative role.

 | Marcel Martineau Director - Airline Operations & Operational Efficiency
Marcel Martineau received a B.Eng.in mechanical engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada. Captain Martineau flew as an airline pilot from 1973 until his retirement at the end of 2004, retiring with the position of Captain on the Airbus 330/340. For the last five years, he was Manager, Flight Operations Fuel Programs and Dispatch Coordinator for a major airline, focused on improving the operational efficiency of the airline.

 | John Massie Director - Training and Interface Development
John Massie has 35 years experience in the aviation industry. He is endorsed on multiple high performance aircraft and is presently flying as Captain on the B767. In the past Captain Massie has held Class I Instructor and "A Authority" check pilot endorsements. He has over 20 years experience in the design industry where he has produced magazines, books, training material and business proposals.

 | Dave Phipps Director - MD80 / DC9 Operations
David Phipps received a B.Sc. degree from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado and is currently flying as an MD-80 captain for Midwest Airlines. He has served in several management positions under FAR 121 including Flight Manager, Check Airman, Manager of Standards and Training-MD-80 and Director-Flight Standards and Training.
